When I moved in the manager of the place wasn't there to check me in. One of the people living in the house let me in. My bed wasn't made and my room was a dump. The dryer doesn't work properly and everything seems like it's going to fall apart. The place is in a good location however. I've done a lot of sightseeing trying to spend as much time away from this place. I moved out as quick as I could. If you want the best experience, I recommend Tribe Coliving. They have a cleaning schedule and a bunch of fun events. If you say Dan referred you, you can get $150 off your first month if you stay for a while.

Serendipia is more than just the house you live in during the week with random people! Throughout the week, you build relationships with people who become members of your Serendipia family. I've spent 4 amazing month in the heart of Silicon Valey and I can only be thankful to jean loick that makes my time over there such special.

Serendipia is a home away from home. As a member of the community, I'm extremely happy and satiated with the kind of people I meet and live with and the long term connections that I've developed. The brand represents honest values of growth and productivity. Life in Serendipia has been very nourishing and fruitful. Love it and will always be a big fan!

Choosing a place to stay in SF that fits your budget and needs is hard - especially during a pandemic. The caring community aspect of the space is what drew me to stay here vs. any other type of shared space, since most single rooms in the city were out of budget. I was job searching during a lot of my stay at Serendipia, which obviously has it's drawbacks in a shared space, but everyone was extremely supportive, understanding, and emotionally there for me along the way. People respected my space during calls and remote interviews. Housemates became my friends and celebrated my wins with me. Some people even offered me job referrals and I was able to return the favor down the line. The community is the perfect mix of techy, artsy, low ego, comfort, kindness, support, respect and fun. I became friends with other software engineers, artists, builders, bartenders, body guards, you name it. Any type of rude, inappropriate behavior was eliminated immediately. The physical space is limited, but the love is infinite.
