This clinic offers money to customers to remove their reviews if they botched the procedure. That's unethical and likely the reason why their average review is high. You can see it for yourself by looking at other reviews (unless they get removed as well), I'm glad there are honest customers who did not accept the hash money. Money should be paid for messed up procedure not for removal of a review. EDIT: The reply from the clinic suggesting that perhaps I'm confused and it should be for another clinic is... well, interesting.

I have been on the fence with getting a hair transplant for over 10 years. I did a decade of research. I have seen so many bad hair transplant so i wanted to find the right doctor. Dr. Diep is no less than a miracle worker. He completely changed my life. I cant describe how much his artistry changed how i feel, how others treat me. I consider him the best transplant surgeon in the world. My biggest worried was pain from needles he took care of that. I was 50 when i did the procedure. I have been told i look 10-15 years younger. My friends and family cant believe the results. The best way to honor his work is for me to show my results

Dr Diep is amazing. Everything about my experience was first class. Every time I get my haircut my guy can't believe how good my hair looks. Nobody else notices that I had work done - they just think my hair looks great. I look 10 years younger thanks to Dr Diep.

It's been a year since my hair transplant at Dr Diep's office (MHT&A) and I am ecstatic about the results! I underwent a FUT hair transplant at Medical Hair Transplant & Aesthetics to help restore my hairline. My procedure required over 2400 grafts and after a year the transplanted area looks dense and natural. Dr. Diep did an amazing job to help me gain my confidence back. I was very skeptical and nervous at the start but the doctor is very understanding and professional. During the examination, I told the doctor about my dry hair and dandruff condition and he recommended a shampoo which helped me control this problem. Prior to my surgery, the staff provided me with all the information and preparation steps required leading up to surgery. They were available via email or phone for questions so that I'd be ready on the big day. All I had to do was be at the clinic very early that day and they made sure I was comfortable.The staff were responsive and highly professional and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process of the procedure. It took me 3 weeks of staying at home to ensure a good foundation and I strictly followed the doctors' advice to maintain good hygiene and protect the grafts. Even after the procedure, the staff kept in touch and answered all my questions and educated me on pre and post ops care. They provided supplies needed to prep for the big day and also for the post op care. Overall, I am very happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Diep to anyone considering a hair transplant.
