        For is a welcoming and fun loving community of folks. Coach Rory meets each member where they are, programs workouts for every level of fitness, and helps all of us grow into new strengths and skills. I came in after I got tired of fighting for space on the rack at the Y and never looked back. Dropping in for a workout is almost always the best part of my day.
