One of the best crossfit-style gym Ive ever been. The coaches are all very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I definitely recommend Flagship to anyone looking for a crossfit-style gym

Flagship is the best crossfit-style gym I've been a part of. They have top-notch facilities in three locations and they have exceeded my expectations in every way. In the three months that I have been attending their classes, I have seen amazing results in my fitness level and overall health. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and push me to be my best self every day. The community of members is also fantastic, and I have made some great friends who motivate and inspire me. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and the programming is challenging and always keeps me on my toes. I highly recommend Flagship to anyone looking for a gym that will help them reach their fitness goals and provide a fun and supportive environment.

Convenient location and very clean gym. One of the best equipment I've seen in a crossfit gym.

Great Crossfit gym - clean & well equipped facilities, good coaches (especially Clint & Anais!!), clear programming cycles, and friendly members.
