Loved the instructors, but cancelling your membership is impossible. Emails are never answered and I kept getting charged for no reason.

Uforia is my favorite fitness studio ever. Their Revolutions Rockstars (spinning instructors) all put together thoughtful sets and most of them have good taste in music. I was doing no exercise at all three months ago, now I spin 3-4 times a week plus I dance twice a week with Josef Lagare who gives fierce and sassy hip-hop choreography that is difficult for beginners but the challenge is worth the fun and the workout So basically I am at Uforia six days a week so I have the all-access pass which is a great deal if you want to go regularly. The staff are all really friendly and everything runs very smoothly. It is a friendly neighborhood joint with none of the attitude of the corporate chains. All the classes emphasize high intensity interval training whether it is spinning, dance , or "grit" (HIIT strength training)
