I've ordered flowers from Rossi & Rovetti twice for delivery in SF. Both times, the recipient loved the beautiful flowers and the delivery went smoothly. The ability to track the progress of the order and see the photo of the final product online is very helpful. Their designs are beautiful and the flowers are fresh - my friends said they lasted for a while.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE! I have used many different places to order and deliver flowers in my 15 yrs in SF, and their customer service blows everyone else away. I spontaneously ordered flowers yesterday, and their website has a tracker that updates you on the progress at each stage. Previewing the bouquet with a pic even! I can't tell you how many times I've sent flowers from other places and then when they got there I thought "THAT was what they sent?? $$$!!! You gotta be kidding me."
But not here!! Not only was I thrilled, I knew they were being created with the tracker, I was excited to watch it happen over the day. Then I knew when they were delivered, so I was excited to wait for my thank you!!
My wife loved them, and she said that they smell AMAZING, and they are fresh and beautiful and really good quality. I'm never using another place, and I'm telling everyone in SF to go here. Especially my picky picky friends, they will LOVE them!
