Albertson and Davidson have restored my faith in humanity. Sounds like strong words right? I don't say them lightly. My brother was abusive of my father and pressured him into giving him the title of trustee. Never in a million years could I have foreseen the nightmare coming my way. My father passed in 2019 and my brother refused to communicate with any family member. I had hired a lawyer early on, whom I never met face to face; he took advantage of a grieving daughter. This lawyer never provided any service and took all of my retainer. I turned to Albertson and Davidson in December 2021. During my free consult, I found the lawyer to be very caring, compassionate, and informative. I wasn't quite ready to lawyer up , as I figured somewhere down deep , my brother had a soul and would do what my father prescribed in the trust. Two months ago, on Zillow, I found the family home had been sold, without a word all artifacts of my childhood, parents, and home were gone. I again reached out to Albertson and Davidson and again was amazed at their compassion. I hired them on contingency. Though I will never get closure with my family member, my case closed within a two weeks and I have a good settlement. This law firm was there for me, they guided me and were respectful and compassionate while doing so. I had three Trustees who refused to communicate or work with me on any level. They were rude, hateful, dishonest, and they did not care about me or my interest in the Trust. My trust was losing money month after month. I went to several lawyers for help and they told me that nothing could be done, and that I didn't have a case! I then met with Stewart Albertson at Albertson & Davidson, LLP and he accepted my case. Stewart helped me when no one else wanted to! After several years of aggressive litigation by Stewart and his team, he was able to get the three Trustees removed, not an easy thing to do under California law. A new trustee, receptive to my needs, was appointed. I will soon be receiving an outright distribution from the Trust. I cant thank Stewart and his team enough for all they did for me. They take a personal interest in their clients, and genuinely care about them. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Stewart and Albertson & Davidson, LLP to anyone who is a beneficiary being abused or mistreated by Trustees.

I am a current client of Mr. Stewart Albertson. My experience with Stewart and his staff has been superior. I was skeptical and reviewed many attorneys as my case was a class action matter. From the time that I was initially introduced, I knew he was the right attorney for me and my situation. He has been there for me when I was at my worst.
