Great service for a great price. Comparing Steve to some others options in the Bay Area, I was unable to find anything that would do my taxes with same accuracy for what Steve would charge, so I highly recommend him.

I've known Steve Rabin for many years, originally as a tech entrepreneur. During the past 15 years, he has acted as my accountant, as tax advisor in a complex settlement, and most importantly, as a CPA to whom I've referred any number of colleagues for tax issues. Those colleagues' matters have included a sophisticated executive with business transition issues, a case with a 10-year shoebox of IRS paperwork left by a faux-accountant, and review of a complex founders' stock issue.
