We were referred to Ed by a former client of ours. We've gone through a few accountants and tax services in the past and there was always a multi-tiered operation where you never had the same person consistently looking at your figures. That's not the case with Ed. You dial that number, you get him. He knows what he's seen in the past, he knows what he's advised you to do, he knows all of the people in our organization and we get fast, efficient answers and results. It's just a joy to work with this man, just the facts, no ridicule when we ask dumb questions and a little humor on the side to make the process enjoyable. We're sold. This year, my taxes were a little more complex than in the past. I used to go to H&R Block, but now I wanted an accountant I could return to (no pun intended) each year and establish a relationship with, rather than getting a different person each time. Ed is great! Not only is he a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with, he made my complicated taxes seem completely effortless. He responded promptly to emails and answered all of my questions. I live nearby so I just popped over when I needed to give him documents. Now, my taxes are done and I have a clear head. Thank you Ed!

As a business owner, very few things make you feel as secure as having a trusted, responsive and highly knowledgeable CPA.  I've been particularly happy because Ed doesn't miss anything and is always on top of the latest changes to the tax code.  Ed's been my personal and business accountant for eight years and I couldn't be happier with the work he's done and the timely manner with which he takes care of things (I'm one of those people that asks for help last minute and Ed ALWAYS comes through).I recommend Ed's firm without any reservation and I look forward to my continued relationship with him.

Called Mr. Milber because I had a problem with the IRS. Apparently Milber is a perfect person because he had no patience with me whatsoever. I was polite, but he was very rude and generally a jerk. In fact, compared to Milber, the IRS was very polite.I'm sure if you're a perfect little drone and have known him for 20 years then Milber will be nice to you.
