Super easy, straightforward, and up front with costs. Its all online and pretty seamless. The only thing is they are priced similarly to dealership services. But their customer service makes it worth it.

Very efficient, computer-savvy, process with a nice waiting room where you can actually work while you wait. Not as inexpensive as some places but a more pleasant experience.

The folks at Earthling Automotive are just delightful human beings, and they do really excellent work at a reasonable price. The most recent work I had done was replacing the big battery in my Gen II Prius. An added benefit is that they have a really cool waiting room with excellent coffee. I will definitely go back to them, whether my new car is a Prius or a plug-in hybrid RAV4.

Ive been using Earthling/Luscious for almost as long as theyve been in business. They have kept my 2007 Toyota Prius (with >150,000 miles) and 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid (>50,000 miles) running strong. I trust them to do high-quality work quickly and at a fair price. They have never disappointed me, and every time I use their services, I wish more businesses were as a professional as them and provided as exceptional customer service as them. They are a local business I am happy to support.

Love a place with online booking. Bonus the location had ample parking, quick check in, a clean comfortable waiting area, and text updates along the way. My vehicle was in the garage shortly after the scheduled appointment (I realize how hard this is to do because its impossible to know how much time the jobs scheduled for the day will take). At checkin and again after someone had looked at my vehicle I was provided with an estimated cost of the work. Job was completed quickly and I was notified right away. Walked away paying only a few hundred dollars vs the $1300 I was told Id need to pay at the dealer. Service: General repairs & maintenance
