I had booked my appointment online the morning of, there was a glitch that didnt notify the shop of my appt. However they worked their magic and fit me in their fully booked day. They didnt have my tire and gave me options, including ordering a tire for delivery later that day. I opted for the ladder and my car was available for pick up at 5 oclock. If you ever need tires, I highly recommend the guys and gal at the Geary St Big-O!
