Etta Apartments

I just moved back to San Francisco after a brief hiatus and into Etta and Edlynn was so incredibly helpful from the time I reached out through my move in. The building is well-organized and spotless and they use some great apps to make things easy. It feels like a well-oiled machine and my unit was clean and updated for move in. So far Im very pleased with everything - thanks Edlynn!

Great apartment community with excellent management. We have renewed our lease multiple times and are pleased with the apartment, staff, and maintenance.

I just moved out of Etta after living at the property for a year and have nothing but wonderful things to say.The building was clean, safe, and the amenities made it a great place to host friends.One of the best parts of living at Etta was undoubtedly the staff. Edlynn, Tsvetina, and Armando were always extremely helpful and wonderful to interact with. I was so glad I chose Etta as my home even if for a short time.

Dont let the reviews fool you. The Etta management doesnt care about their residents. 1. the gym is not well maintained. They dont clean it at all. 2. Ive lived in the Etta for two years and I still havent got my windows cleaned. I have bird poop on my windows. I literally cant see outside because of how dirty our windows are. Theyre so cheapTERRIBLE!!!

super helpful, nice team and extremely responsive. units are also great and maintenance requests are very fast as well. no troubles! Shoutout to Edylnn!units are also well soundproofed, dont hear neighbours usually but do hear firetrucks. the gym and amenities are a plus. google fiber is also available! love it here!area is relatively nice but some characters do walk around occasionally. never felt unsafe. 12 min walk to bill graham is safe and doable, albeit very windy sometimes.
