a huge thankyou to Lisa and the team! Lisa spent so much time with us taking us out to find exactly the right place and really listened to our needs. We liked the process of doing an initial day of viewings to really refine and help us think about what we really wanted and that made the decision easy when it came to it! Lisa also has access to properties not on the open market due to her connections and we were lucky to see our new place and secure it before it was even openly advertised. Lisa and the Move Bay Area team made my apartment search a breeze! Not only did she have access to places I would have never found on my own but she also serves the important role of "sanity check" when you think you maybe fall in love with an apartment but she knows there is something better out there for you. And there was for me! The relationships she has with the other rental agents in the competitive Bay Area market really helped me as well

The Neighborhood Tour with Lisa was so useful in our search for a home in SF. She listened to all our requests for the characteristics of the property we were looking for, as well as our preferred locations. We knew nothing of the city coming into the tour, and at the end of the day felt like we had a really good handle on what to expect. Our day was scheduled around the best fit for our needs. We will definitely come back and use her service for the actual signing of a lease for our next home in the city.

I was connected to Nicole by my agent at Corcoran to help me rent out my SF condo. As a landlord renting it out (from out-of-town for the first time), I was looking for someone to seamlessly manage the entire process, which Nicole did wonderfully--and then more! She was great to work with; her proactive updates, responsiveness and attention to detail definitely made this process efficient and less stressful. Would highly recommend her!
