Do not rent from here, you will not get your security deposit returned at the end of your lease. I moved out 4 months ago and the property manager Melissa Rankin has still not returned my security deposit to me even after numerous phone calls and emails. If you rent from here they will steal your $$, I don't recommend.

Gabriel and Kat are both the worst leasing agents I have ever met / dealt with. They were nice upon giving us a tour and getting us to sign and live here however after that they have completely neglected everything when it comes to property management. On the day of move in they didnt confirm the time to hand off keys nor show up on time. The package room has my couch and I have been unable to open it for 5 days or receive any response about it. They have random charges on my account for no reason. Whoever is the owner of the building, I am very unhappy and I would like to get in touch. I will resort to filing complaints with the city if need be.

I would like to echo Maya Shah's sentiments. I have lived in this building for over a year now and since Gabriel has taken over as property manager nothing has gotten done. Our key fob system has been broken for over a year and so it complicates receiving deliveries among other things. Additionally, like Maya mentioned it is impossible to receive any response from anyone from property management. The only person I enjoy working with from this building is our maintenance guy Angel. He is the only one who responds and takes the time to help us with our issues. Trust me it is absolutely not worth the price to live here anymore. The building is beautiful and the rooms are nice yes but the frustration and hassle you have to deal with after moving in is monumental.

I didn't end up signing for a unit here. This review is to give major kudos to Kat, the person toured us around the building. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the building and it's features. In the end it wasn't the right unit for us, but know you'll be in good hands when you come to visit.

Kat is great. She helped me find the right apartment and made the whole process easy. She's knowledgeable about the building and always responsive when I had questions. Highly recommend working with her if you want a stress-free leasing experience.
