Kimberly was incredible. I requested a tour and she promptly responded to me and offered additional info on the building and the unit. On the day of our tour, she met us in the lobby right on time and showed us several amazing units in the building, followed by a tour of the amenities. She was extremely kind and informative the whole time and made us feel right at home! She also went the extra mile during the process and is definitely part of why we want to live here!

Terrible customer service with Kimberly. She had us waiting in the lobby for over 20 minutes and then wouldnt see us. I asked to speak to someone else she said she is the only one in the building to speak with. Very rude and unprofessional. She has no respect for anyones time.

Very nice staff Modern luxury high-rise apartment with an awesome pool. Equinox is also located here.
