        This building belongs to TNDC and this company treats low income tenants very bad because they know they cant just move and leave, in my opinion thats why they save on repairs by not making it and when tenant asks for repairs, complained to building inspection, uses false accusations to evict wrongfully. Join petition on Facebook Petition against Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation to stop TNDC unlawful actions against low income. They report to IRS almost 100 percent of tenants satisfied with their services, in some cases even 99 percents. I believe this number is wrong and petition will prove it.
