Out of all the tours I have had this past month, Jay was very informative about the property and city. As for the units, love the view of downtown as well as washer and dryer being in the unit. Wood floors are nice and residents seem to be respectful. I also enjoy that Chase Center and Oracle Park are both around the corner, being i am a huge sports junkie. Everywhere I went to on the property has a pleasant smell.

I would have to that Im thoroughly impressed by the amount of space the property offers along with the modern appliances. The community seems to be very peaceful and well kept together. The leasing consultant Jay was very informative and entertaining. It seems to be a pet friendly property, even though Im not going to move in now I would highly recommend anyone come and take a look at the property.

Went to a housewarming party here and the view speaks for itself. Safer area not too many crazies compared to other parts of SF. The amenties and the apartment layouts are extremely nice and generous size. Also being right on top of Cal Trans is great for people who want a quick way to get to work in the silcon valley without driving in traffic.

Recently had a tour of the Mission Bay Windsor apartments. I was very impressed by the upkeep of the building and the fact that they have staff on-site. Most of the apartments in the area have no staff which made my touring process challenging. I want to thank the manager, Justin, for providing me with some great information about the property and the neighborhood. Their staff seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars!

Location: 4/5 Mission Bay is a great area with plenty of coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment (Lucky Strike, Oracle Park, Chase Arena, Spark Social, etc.). There are a ton of dog parks and gyms nearby as well. It is a very quiet area with a lot of families and young professionals. It is also close to the highway and CalTrain, which makes it easy to get anywhere in the Bay Area. My only critique is that it is far from a lot of nightlife. Most bars and restaurants in the area close relatively early - even on the weekends. Safety/cleanliness: 5/5 MB is probably one of the cleanest areas in the city. Some describe it as sterile, but you never have to worry about homelessness or messy streets. Building: 5/5 MBBW is very clean and offers a very nice gym and courtyard. The building is always clean and is never under maintenance. I think the elevator has been down once in the last 12+ months that I've lived here and it was fixed within hours. The units are spacious and have updated appliances. Every apartment has a W/D, which is rare in SF. Staff: 5/5 The best part of living in the MBBW has been the staff. There have been several instances where they have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs - from missing parcels to appliance repairs to dog situations. They are always very friendly, professional, and timely. Huge shoutout to Sam and Justin for their work. I've lived in 3 different Windsor properties and they are the best building managers I've experienced - by far.
