My partner and I are about to surpass three(!) years of living here and are still as happy as ever with making MB by Windsor our home.
First, Justin, Michonni, and Sam are all exceptional. Justin, the Property Manager, is proactive and communicative about keeping the complex clean, safe, and courteous. And whenever we submit a maintenance request, Sam usually completes it within hours. The staff demonstrates daily that they care about residents quality of living.
Second, our unit is bright, modern, and functional. We enjoy lots of natural light and fresh air from the courtyard. And day to day living is comfortable thanks to high quality appliances, thick walls, overhead fans, and sound sealing windows.
We often refer to this complex as an urban oasis because we have proximity to 280 and downtown, while also having nature, green spaces, and a friendly neighborhood atmosphere.

2 weeks in and I have nothing but positive things to say! From the very first tour Michonni went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for - even helping us out with boxes on moving day! Cant say enough about the positive experience we had with her. Truly appreciate a staff that is willing to go the extra mile for their residents.
After coming from another Windsor property in the Bay Area, I can tell you this location exceeds that location and all other locations we toured. The property is well maintained, clean and the community is very friendly. Highly recommend living here!

I just moved into Mission Bay by Windsor a couple of weeks ago and it has been by far the best leasing experience I've ever had! Michonni was so kind and supportive throughout the touring, leasing, and move-in process. Her refreshing transparency was a great indicator of the staff here and was honestly a huge reason why I chose the apartment. I can't say enough nice things about her.
Living here has also been great so far. The property and facilities are well managed and maintained and everyone who lives here is really nice! I'd highly recommend it to anyone!

I am writing this review because the individuals who work here at mission bay Windsor in San Francisco are some of the kindest most caring and hard working to make this place the nicest place I and my wife have ever lived. From Justin manager to Michoni leasing agent and Sam maintenance. My wife and I are both 76 years old so we are both disabled, and at times have special needs. Justin made sure our unit was ADA equipped, and checks on us from time to time to see if he can help in anyway.Sam is great when we need something fixed never had to wait longer than 2 hrs. Michoni well she is just a great person who goes out of her way to give help when needed. Overall I would say you are extremely lucky to have such a well trained staff who are really worth the weight in gold! Thanks for putting this incredible group of people to work and represent your company they are a well oiled staff who truly shows compassion and cares about the the people in are community. I tipped my hat to them and hope and pray you keep them and compensate them because I dont know if they get what there really worth! Sincerely John and Barbara Mitchell
