I strongly recommend you avoid this complex. The 5 star reviews are from management. My partner and I lived here for a year and had the worst experience of our lives. First of all, the building is infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. Exterminators have come, but the roaches stay. They run through the pipes and all over your house. The parking in the back area isnt safe. Our car was broken into and the police were called when someone took a baseball bat and started basking in the window of a car down two parking spots down. People rifle through the garbage pulling out old mail that wasnt shredded. The washers and dryers are constantly broken. Please, this isnt a safe space and signing a lease here will likely impact your mental health in a drastically negative way.
