I cannot begin to thank Certified Restoration enough for the diligent help they provided our family and home during a recent flooding and mold issue. Long story short our house is built into a canyon and we flooded from ground water underneath our walls/baseboards during a recent big storm and, unfortunately, this turned into a mold issue. They helped us address both the removal of the flooded material and the cleaning of the mold in our entire home and did a fantastic job. Tyler, Tad and Tomas were our go to contacts throughout the entire process and each was responsive, kind and went out of their way to help. To say the least having mold in our home with a toddler was quite a stressful situation. Every time I spoke with one of our contacts they really took the time to listen to me and my specific concerns about our unique house (part built in 1915 and part in 2015) and situation. When I needed to schedule the next steps with them as we worked our way through everything, they were able to accommodate us in no time at all. Im happy to say that we are back in our home and feel safe and confident that the mold is gone, and our house has been cleaned top to bottom. Im truly grateful that during a terrible situation we were able to work with such a great group of people.

Tyler came to assess our need for his help in cleaning moisture problems. He was honest in pointing out that we had it under control. He offered great advice which we will follow through on. I recommend them.

Overall, I have a great experience with Certified Restoration. My bedrooms were tested with elevated level of mold and needed to get the rooms remediated. Tyler, Tomas and the rest of the team are very professional and got the work done in a timely manner. They would think from owners perspective and avoid any unnecessary repairs. Will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good contractor for mold remediation.

Worked with Certified Restoration to remediate some mold we discovered in a bathroom of a new home purchase - they came highly recommended and did not disappoint. These guys know what they are doing, are flexible, trustworthy and very easy to work with. Tad and his crew helped us out immensely. Just a few of the things we liked about them include: * Great communication - they do exactly what they say they are going to do - from whoever is answering the main phone at a given time to whoever is deployed on the ground. * Crew is flexible and their primary objective is to do what we asked of them - their aim is happy, satisfied customers. * They jumped through hoops for us, completing the job in tricky circumstances when we needed to leave town. This is a top-notch company and I recommend them without qualification. Really can't say enough good things about Certified Restoration. Thank you Tad, Allesandro and crew!

Our technician, Tomas, was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He went into detail to explain the situation and never sold us on something we didn't need. Tad, our point of contact, was also very friendly and responsive. Both of them saved us a lot of money and time. I would highly recommend working with the team at Certified Restoration.
