Extremely rude. Sales rep wouldnt even get out of his chair to show vehicles. When asked again for help he wouldnt answer any questions. He just pointed out outside. I had cash in hand and was ready to purchase, but will take business elsewhere

Not sure what is up with this business. They have a vehicle that we want. We've gone by twice and looked at it. We were helped by Jose who was nice enough. We got the a loan and called and told them we wanted to purchase this vehicle and Kas told us that our bank doesn't give loans like the one we had. We provided him with the letter stating that we were approved and he still said that he knows they don't do commercial loans. We spent an entire day on the phone with our bank and the bank he recommended. Called again saying we have been assured that the loan is good for this vehicle and he simply doesn't seem interested in selling this vehicle. We were informed that we would have to work with him and he only works a couple of hours in the morning. (Not to mention they are closed on the weekend) How crazy is that? Hello dude! We are trying to give you $30,000!!! Guess we will find someone who wants our money. Very disappointed.
