They went above and beyond to create an easy, hassle free car purchase. After visiting two other dealerships that wouldn't honor their internet price, or required purchase of warranty and theft deterance to get the sales price, I'm glad I found New Cars Inc.

I was introduced to New Cars Inc via Wheelhouse Credit Union and buying a vehicle this way was completely new to me. I was hesitant and kept expecting something to be a letdown ... but the entire experience was amazing! Tom was GREAT! And I have never purchased a vehicle without the hard sell of additional options that always makes for that uncomfortable process after you have selected the vehicle that you really hope to be driving home that day. This time Tom shared optional services and products that are available and let me know that if I wanted to come back in the next week and add any of them, I could. No hard sell, no uncomfortable transition between test drive and driving away. I will ALWAYS buy my future vehicles through this same process and hopefully Tom will still be there to make sure it goes flawlessly as it did on my first purchase.

This business sold me a vehicle off of their lot before they were legally allowed to. I found out 10 months after purchasing through them that my car was not in my name when I went to pick up personalized plates at the DMV. Shouldve gone straight to a lawyer but went back to this dealership instead, fuming. Kevin took very little accountability and gave me the run around each time I stopped by wondering when this would be resolved ("it's the pandemic, Covid has delayed everything"). I was met with "what do you want me to do?" after my 3rd visit. He somehow seemed pissed off and fed up with me for being pissed off and fed up with his business. It took them a week and a half to acquire the title to the car so that I could be legally drive it on the road. A 10 month "Covid delay" was actually just poor attention to detail, me getting lost in a stack of paperwork and being placed at a massive risk out on the road for that duration. I learned the hard way not to trust the used corner lot dealer. Dont make the same mistake I did. Pay the premium for better, proper service elsewhere.

The representative, Diego, was great. Kept us up to date as car purchase proceeded throughout the entire process. Was accessable throughout by phone, text and email. Very personable and comfortable to interact with. Highly recommend for those who don't want to get entrenched in the live car dealership drama.
