Velocity Truck Centers - San Diego

I have been there for a recall they did the recall I really appreciate their service but the service advisor advise me. There is a pending code on the truck and he told me whats the code for the funny thing is I ask him how much it cost to fix the code and he goes oh we have to do diagnostic again will be two hours, I dont know why and we know whats the code is and they want to charge me over $400 diagnostic and he told me whats the code is to me. Its a stupid move. unless the service advisor think we are stupid.

Their parts department do not care to answer their phones. Im a mechanic and I tell my Freightliner customers to source their parts anyway they can because this dealer does not answer their phones. Just a waste of time for people to try to get a hold of them.

One of the worst Frieghtliners to go to. Called them up they said they are one to 2 days out. Told them we could park outside the gate. Showed up and they said we needed to get a hotel and leave it. Its already been in the shop 6 times and Freightliner and Detroit couldnt what was wrong and replaced the sensors again and the filter.
