        It worked. But the staff was cold and uncaring. As has become standard these days the fees added up to over 1.5x the cost quoted on the website. I was harassed with reminders to get the truck in the days leading up. I've used U Haul for 15 years. It's an American Standard. It isn't going in a good direction. Maybe attempting to keep up with modern technologies and alternatives. I was overcharged and displeased with service.
