I previously left a great review about my service experience, but now have to remove it due to the lack of assistance in management. In September we had service done there while traveling. That oil change/ mileage information was not added to my vehicles service history and Ive called and left messages a dozens times before finally getting to speak with them . Then In Dec they told me it would get fixed and after several more phone calls and messages it never got fixed. Only excuses, blaming it on another department. Now its been another 3 months and its still not added. I just want my service documented to cover my extended warranty. It shouldnt be this difficult. I guess the 100+ oil changes a day for them is just about that fast money and not taking care of the Toyota customers that just expect the job they paid for. Nothing else.

Sufyan, Sales Associate, provided us with excellent customer service! He went above and beyond! Sufyan is very knowledgeable in this field. I recommend that anyone who needs to buy a vehicle come with Sufyan. Our finance manager, Tan, also provided us with excellent customer service! Tan is also very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with the customer service he provided us in the finance department! Both are very friendly!! The process was fast and smooth! Thank you both, Sufyan and Tan. You guys make a great team! Our family is very happy with our purchase!
