        Change your address, I just drove here with a screw in my tire to find a weve moved sign, and their new location isnt even open. This is the most unsophisticated business practice I have ever seen. A complete waste of my time in a moment of need.

        Everyone was very nice and didnt pressure my wife into buying the tires but after talking to her she went ahead and got the tires and the alignment. She is very happy!

        I went in to get new tires for my car the other day and I was very pleased with how fast that went, up until My car was done and I had to deal with customer service rep, JUNIOR, at least that's what he told me his name was when I asked him. HE HAS THE WORST PERSONAL SKILLS AND HE SEEMED LIKE HE WAS ON SOMETHING OR UNDER THE INFLUENCE. Everything I was asking, trying to get an explanation for he would cut me off and was short, acted as if I was bothering him and trying to dismiss me. One star only because I am pleased with the tires.....
