        I have been renting units since it was Storage West. Lisa & Michael are the best managers! They are nice, friendly & always available. They have been extremely helpful through my 8+ years of renting storage spaces I have 10 units! If only upper management would give discounts to their loyal customers that pay on time every month. HINT.

        My Daughter stored her items in a unit here between August and January while she studied abroad. She purchased the lock from CubeSmart. Sometime during this period, the unit was broken into after having the lock picked, and over half her items were stolen. While the staff were upset for her - there was nothing they could do. But where's the security? We would not store items here again unfortunately. Find somewhere with indoor storage instead for added security.
