Diane found us our home in Bay Park in 2017 and with constant communication and an impressive array of marketing techniques, she insured our home maintained its visibility to all potential buyers throughout the process when she sold it in 2023. We now live on our boat, but it we ever decide to go back on land, we'll call Diane for sure!

Diane did what she said she would. She was professional, understanding, and very helpful. She helped sell a local property whose owners were out of state to an out of state buyer. Her choice of team members were great and very helpful and accommodating. You are in good hands with Diane.

I highly recommend Diane. We have worked together twice, once in 2016 for our condo and then again in 2024 for our house. If we ever need anything in the future we will go back to her. Pros: - Diane is very competent, experienced, and nice/easy to work with. - Communicates well via text, phone, or email. - Helped us come up with a competitive offer. For the house it was the first place we put an offer in and we got it with Diane's help. - Present at all inspections and appointments. If you are unable to attend any appointments she will summarize everything well. - Made appointments with the fire department (she even went in person because no one was picking up the phone), plumbing, electrician, etc to make sure the house was inspected properly/to clarify any concerns with the house. - Asked important questions to the seller that we wouldn't have thought of to ask ourselves. - Diane will keep in contact with you throughout the years and on your home anniversary, birthday, holidays. She also gives nice gifts. - Answered any of our questions or concerns at any time of the day. - Diane made the home buying process less stressful than it is by providing us with all the documents in an organized fashion, providing us with a timeline, and through clear and concise communication. Overall I would recommend Diane Sullivan.
