I wish I could give 10 stars. Garrett went above and beyond for us, he was not only easy to work with but his expertise got us an amazing deal. We were competing with 3 other buyers and he got us the house locked in within 5 days within a super competitive market. Garrett was also able to get us multiple discounts, credits, and a rate way lower than I was expecting! He is my first call and recommendation without hesitation for anything real estate.
