I would put 0 stars if possible!!! Called early in the morning to check about a property and this lady was very rude upon answering. She answered "morning" very blank. I said "goodmorning" she said "yes?" Very ignorantly and I asked "where am I calling" because I wanted to make sure I was calling the right place since all companies state their name beforehand. She sighed like very rudely "compass real estate" I told her "good that's where I wanted to call, I'm calling about a property for rent" she said very fast interupting me "it's been rented already" I asked " which one?" She sighed again very rudely like if I was bothering her "the proprty you called about its not available anymore" "the one on Mariposa?" "Yes!" She screamed. I immediatlg hung up beacuse she was very very rude. Please work on your customer service skills if you are going to answer the phone and respresent a company for people who are looking for homes to desperatly live in. Date July 1 7:30AM.

I find it very annoying this company leaves litter all over my yard. I've heard of cold calls but just throwing you flyers and business cards all over a neighborhood is a pretty bad way to drum up business.

Always interesting to get cold calls from a random real estate agency two states away in regards to a property that is on the market where I don't live. But more than interesting, it's annoying. Avoid.
