i would recommend them any day. Brian and the other lady(forgotten her name) are Awesome people. The honesty and transparency. i would give them a 6 star!! I moved out 3 months earlier and they help find a replacement in 2 weeks after moving out! and refunded my deposit! You guys are the best!! Thank you

I have been using Pruett's services for almost 7 years and have mainly dealt with Brian and Jill over this time, who have shown me an exceptional service. Whilst living in the UK, I needed to find a company who could handle everything for me and Pruett did just that. We rented our condo out in Point Loma / OB area and in 7 years only had 2 tenants, both of which looked after the condo very well. Pruett do a great job at fairly screening and finding the right tenant for your property. Pruett were always quick to respond to any issues with the condo and I never had to get involved. My wife and I just moved back into the condo this weekend and Brian had the condo cleaned and ready for our move and we are so happy with the great condition it was left in. I would highly recommend Pruett Realty and should we decide to rent our property out again, I would not hesitate to contact the team again. Thank you for everything!
