San Diego's Finest Properties

One of the worst management company in San Diego! I was going to a scheduled open house while I was waiting there about 15min the neighbor told me they canceled it so I had to come back the next day. They didn't notify me to let me know. A week after the application process, I didn't get any updates and when I called them what is going on they just said sorry it's already rented. And of course they won't refund the application fee! I would give 0 star if I could!

They deserve 0 stars! Horrible at responding to potential renters. I submitted an application for an apartment that they managed and they never responded to me. This is a highly unprofessional company. Several calls with messages left by me have gone unanswered. I finally got someone on the phone yesterday and was told " my boss is calling me, let me call you right back" but of course she didn't. They didnt reply to any of my emails either. I feel like this maybe a scam to get application fees! I want my refunded because I will never rent from them! If San Diegos Finest Properties behaves this way when I'm trying to give them money. I can't imagine what it would be like if I leased the place and I needed them for a problem. No thank you!

Nayra was great at communicating and moving me into my new home, it looked brand new not 1 problem did I come across. They are amazing! Glad I found them

The posts from people who said they got good responses must have been friends or relatives. Never answered any communication in multiple formats. Don't know why anyone would list property with them...must be a scam..." application fee" for unavailable property.
