Recently our family lost our home & car in a flash flood here in National City. We had been staying in a hotel with 2 adults, 2 kids & a dog for 2 weeks. We were in need to find a new home & came across a rental that had just become available. We arranged to meet with Eric Ross Jones to see the unit asap. We viewed the unit & within less than a week, our family was approved and moving in! Eric was a huge part in getting our family the approval we needed to start over. He is very professional and responds to any questions we may have/had. He is easy to communicate with, has a genuine personality and I highly recommend him!

The whole process to move in from start to finish was so easy. Eric Ross Jones was amazing very communicative and answered all of our questions. Got us approved quickly and keys in hand when we were ready for move in. I would definitely recommend Northpoint and Eric to anyone looking to have a hassle free experience.
