Tracy and his team TPG Property Management stepped in to handle both leasing and management of our 7-unit apartment complex when my dad could not longer handle matters himself. Tracy has proven to be trustworthy, kind, and genuinely concerned about ensuring things go well at the property. His team has placed a couple great tenants and I appreciate their thoroughness and due diligence in finding the best residents. They are helping get the rents to market rate and their maintenance team has been responsive and thorough! Best decision our family has made in a while, and I hope to continue the relationship well into the future!

After struggling to lease our apartment for four months, a friend of ours recommended Tracy. Not only did he find renters for our apartment within seven days, but also he went above and beyond during the process. We are not San Diego locals, and since we had a long commute, Tracy oversaw everything onsite. He has many efficient and talented local connections who helped us prepare everything. Tracy Phillips (Owner of The Phillips Group San Diego) has managed my property for nearly two years. As a service member, relocating comes with the territory, making the care of ones property a top concern. Upon receiving orders to relocate from San Diego, CA to Washington, DC, I found myself having to make a decision on whether to sell my home in San Diego or rent it out. After asking around, I learned about Tracy, a former military member himself, and decided to hire him to rent out and manage my property. After two years of working with Tracy, I can honestly say that hes a top-notch property manager. My property has been rented 100 percent of the time. Rent payments are automatically deposited in my account in a timely manner. When issues arise, Tracy promptly takes care of them and keeps me apprised of their status.
