Action Property Management

I had the great pleasure of working with Adrienne Tutty with assisting me and some clients of mine in a condominium complex downtown. She was very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I will be referring Action Property management for more clients of my own. She truly represents the owners of the properties she manages well and you can tell she keeps their best interest first!

I'm not even moved into my apartment yet and I couldn't even get any real help from this company. I been effectively communicating with them via email that I had a large delivery coming in and all they've sent me were policies for when I can have the item delivered, mind you a phone call would have been sufficient. One person never even bother returning my emails and the other just repeated the same information. I work during the normal day like normal people so why can't I have the item delivered on the weekend? Would it have been too much trouble to lend a moment of your time to help a resident abide by the rules you set and managed over the delivery within the property? I've never stressed this much over moving in and I haven't moved in yet. I'll change my rating if I experience anything worth changing for. Update: They haven't done anything that warrant improvement but the rules on packages and deliveries and it's fines should be better explained so I'm not thinking I'm going to get fined for getting things delivered without me being home.

I am so delighted with our current team from Action Property Management at the Park Laurel. The whole team are terrific particularly Veronica and Victor. They go above and beyond to help us in every way. We are so lucky to have them.

Extremely disappointed with all levels of Management. I have been living in PG by the harbor since July 2019. Management lacks competence and transparency in policy and procedures leading to lack of basic management skills. Management team rarely engages with residents at all time. Hide in office and never interact actively with residents. Rarely seen in public. Management team lacks basic hospitality skills, common sense, and management skills. Constant turn over of staff. Non-transparency in all levels of communication with residents. Rarely see management team in public engaging with residents. Just a sad team managing the unique luxury highrise building in downtown SD...

These guys were hired by my previous HOA to be the community property manager and they were honestly awful. The HOA board was terrible too, so I'm not surprised they picked a terrible company to represent our interests and never got rid of them. It's funny the word "action" is used for the company name because they are not quick to take any serious action at all. I will say that most of the building engineers we had, especially Brandon (RIP) and Eddie (awesome guy) were great. Other than that, I've got nothing nice to say about them other than I'm glad I don't have to deal with them anymore.
