        Unprofessional, unreliable, unreasonable, slumlords that go after the vulnerable and sue them for their own negligence. This is a bunch of greedy, poorly made individuals that only want money. They filter the wrongdoings through property and what it can afford them if they do things sneakily enough. Their apartments are outdated, full of roaches, black mold and poor foundations, but they blend in with the neighborhood. Not only was I wrongfully evicted, but also wrongfully convicted after being sued because their pipes bursted underground. I hope everyone looks out for them so they dont become a victim like me, paying for damages I didnt do.

        Calsur Management was the worst at record keeping, did not maintain maintenance and failed to remove an abandoned car for several years at our property.

      Calsur Property Management was originated in December of 2012 – the core company was established in May 1997. It is owned by Mike and Cynthia Essary. Mike has been in real estate management/brokerage for over 25 years. Cynthia has been doing real estate accounting for over 30 years. Both Mike and Cynthia have worked for local and LA real estate companies and banking institutions.
