Worst company! If youre planning to move to Cerro de Acala DONT! I have been here for less than 6 months. Ive had my vehicle, window broken, towed for NO reason and no one would help me with a reimbursement even though I am a resident here, and just recently had all four of my wheels stolen and my vehicle left on the pretty sidewalk bricks they put on the sidewalks. The crime is insane and their fake cameras are not a deterrent. In addition to my vehicle being vandalized and stolen from I have seen countless windows smashed. The police wont even come out if called. I tried calling the property management today multiple times to notify them of my vehicles wheels being stolen and their mail box is full. They are useless.

I've attempted to call the Maintenance Hotline over a dozen times. Left messages no replies. Now the answer machine is full and your unable to leave a message. I've been calling for two days to no avail, what kind of property management company is this? No wonder their overall rating is 2.6 - 2.9

This is a horrible HOA management company. How can you get a violation when you have never heard the story from both parties??? They accuse you with out having any evidence of wrong doing it's all he say she say, It's like going to court and the judge only here's one side of the story and goes strictly off that.. Their HOA Fees are the highest in California
