We had 2 maintenance requests for our house, the water heater and microwave. Steve came by to assess the damage shortly after we filed the request and within 1 day they were able to locate a replacement and have the new units installed. Him and his crew were friendly and fast. They went above and beyond and also cleaned up the water on my garage floor after they were done when they didn't need to. Very pleased with this company and the jobs that they did.

Ive rented a townhouse managed by Realevate Specialists for the last several year. In that time theyve always taken care of me and place. Recently, the water heater went out - which happens - they replaced it the next day. Theyve upgraded my floors and kitchen since Ive been here, and work very hard to make sure it was as convenient as possible for me. Im a very happy tenant here, and feel well taken care of.

First off, I would NEVER, allow for Stacey Page to manage one of my properties. I lived in a property that was managed by Stacey Page for over 2 years. After never missing a rental payment, Stacey handled the move out process with embarrassingly low levels of professionalism. Stacey initially quoted 3 items on the move out inspection that were deemed to need repairs, all labeled as TBD cost. These were provided 22 days after move out. I then received the actual breakdown of deductions of my security deposit and check some days later. There were 11 deductions varying from $200 for "General Cleaning, including removal of cigarette butts on and around balcony" to $775 for "Paint 3 Bedrooms and touch up where needed". California standard procedure is to not charge for paint for tenants who have lived at the property for over 24 months, this clearly was not the case here so I asked for clarification on the inspection items. Stacey said she would gladly provide photos, of which she provided 2 photos, and of 2 of the lowest cost items on the inspection form. I then showed here my complete move in checklist and the photos I took upon move in that showed the house in its current state and even acknowledged that there were several items I was fine paying for as they were not noted on my move in form and/or I did not have photos of them. All I asked was for her to provide some logic behind any of the other issues that I had with the move out inspection that she had said she would gladly provide. She then stopped responding until I said I would post a negative review, stating, "I dont know what else you want". Well Stacey, I would have loved for you to be a professional, provide what you said you were going to provide, or remove those charges from the move out. I hope you can provide better services for your renter and owners in the future.
