We have had three different jobs done now by this company. Each experience has been positive. Aaron, Mike, Jordan, Brian, and many more professional individuals have exceeded my expectations. Their communication skills are excellent. Punctuality while focusing on the task at hand is also demonstrated. This company is reasonably priced when we got three bids for our most recent project. Repipe from copper to Pex in the attic. An A+ company in my opinion.

I had Collins Pacific Plumbing replace the toilet flanges and angle stops for two toilets. I also asked the tech to change the fill and flush valves on one of toilets since they were old and the toilet is mounted under the countertop you really need to remove the tank to replace the valves. It makes sense to replace them at same time you do the flange. Of course the plumber only replaced the fill valve. When I asked about the flush valve he said I wasn't clear that I asked for that to be replaced. The next day the toilet kept running water after a flush and they came back and there was an issue with the flush valve gasket dislodging. The toilet cover is hard to remove since it's jammed under the counter but they were able to take it out. Collins then wanted to charge me $120 to replace the gasket which is probably less than $2. If Collins would have done the job right to begin with, I wouldn't have this issue. Collins wasn't cheap to begin with, but less expensive than the bigger plumbing companies. Although at least the bigger companies do a better job based on my past experiences. I will replace the gasket myself and if there are any issues in the future I will NOT use Collins. I would NOT recommend Collins plumbing either.

Was having water pressure issues, Collins team quickly identified a spent regulator and replaced it and a bad shut off valve. Quick, professional, clean - would use again.

My technician, James, was professional, well spoken, clean and punctual. Everything I want in a home service company. I would highly recommend Collins Pacific Plumbing, Inc. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Shower/Tub Diverter spout replacement - Years of hard water deposits made taking a satisfying shower a challenge. Pulling on the diverter resulted in little of the water reaching the shower head. Even though it was end of the business day, Collins Pacific was able to schedule an early next day appointment. Tech. Jose arrived on time and within an hour had replaced the problem spout. Thank you!!
