I am disappointed in their lack of attention to detail. We had signed our loan modification and nine days later we were notified (and surprised) that our monthly payment was going to increase bc accounting had missed it when they reconciled. Theyre lack of attention to detail is costing us more than $4,000 over the life of the loan. It may not seem like much considering the total loan amount but it is about the principle. More effort should be made to make sure everything is correct, better yet that it is perfect before presenting paperwork worth thousands of dollars to a customer.

Please take my advice and DO NOT trust this company. I explained from the first contact our current position, they said they could help. Based off of the conversation we decided to move forward. When they seen we did not qualify the person I spoke with was rude an no help at all. He blamed others. I would not recommend these predators at all.

Be careful of this company they are not trustworthy and are trying to steal 15 thousand dollars my down payment for my loan and refuse to communicate very shady company
