She never made us feel like we asked something stupid. We felt important and loved. I knew she was genuinely excited for us to get our home. Knowing that we worked full time and were busy people she was there for us and patient. Carmen knew our situation with money and educated us on what we could do. I hope in the future, if I buy another house later in life, I would want to use Carmen again.
