Coin Laundry

Horrible experience not only are dryers always not working properly and washers always having leaks, the owner there is just watching who changes quarters, he stops me and replied are you going to use the laundry because you cant be getting quarters implying we had had this conversation confusing me with someone else, not going there any more

Machine had a screw stuck in the dryer which prevented it from spinning and drying. The lady said she couldn't do anything for me, then handed me a butter knife and asked if I could fix it Then told me I couldn't get my refund I had to call a number. Don't bother coming also smelled horrible

The machines eat your coins and the laundromat attendant is literally useless. She handed me a butter knife when I told her the dryer wasnt working because there was a screw stuck in there. Its also reeks in here because shes mopping with nasty black water. Anyways, I asked if I could just get my money back from the machine and she said no. I called the number and it takes you straight to voicemail and it tell you to not leave a message if you want a refund. You can see in the picture those are the screws she wanted me to take out with a butter knife

Very bad,it says refund when machines don't work correctly.You'll get your money back.But that is a lie.Right there!!.No refund. Machines washer don't give a hold lot of time to wash your things correctly & dryers don't work drying very good or proper your things.Washer doesn't give a hold lot of water to wash things right & dryer don't dry right either,you have to put a least $2 dollars to dry them at least decent!! Wow.Bad joke there.Never going there again. I'll wait for the other laundry place to open close by.On Market & 25th st. or 25th st. & Broadway better.I only give one star because it's closes late around 11 p.m.& last wash ends at 9:30 or 10 p.m. & has a video game,that you can play different old school games on it.Other then that.Notthing a hold much to say about that.Just that it's clean too. bad for us customers RIGHT!!
