        Jackie at the Mission Valley SD location has excellent customer service skills. I recommend her to everyone. I was searching for a model of a Le Vivian watch. She contacted the vendor and called me back just as soon as it was found. ( and it was their very last one!! ) Jackie suggested and switched me to a Kay Jewelers card to give me 24 mo interest free without me having to ask. She continued to follow up with me in regards to the ETA. This was in big contrast to my experience with the manager Robert at the Fashion Valley location. He told me that he would have to call me back but never did! Thats when i called the Mission Valley store. Looks like It was his loss of $1500.00 and Jackies gain!! Thank you Jackie!! I will continue to do my business at her store.
