PARAPALA JEWELRY- Missing an item from my order with no significant response or resolution from the business for over three weeks. Requested replacement, requested refund, nothing has been addressed. Contacting them through multiple outlets and being ignored. They are unprofessional and it has been proven to be a standard practice for them to be ripping off their customers by doing this. Check BBB and Facebook for this companies horrible reputation. On instagram where there are extremely active they will remove any negative reviews so customers do not have any idea of their horrible business practices. Beware before purchasing!
