Rom was my project manager. One of the things that made me make the decision of moving forward with pro builders and design was the fact that Rom showed a lot of professionalism and gave us lots of confidence. The design process and the construction itself was detailed and was done the best way I could ask for my Remodel. Communication is super important when you bring people into your house and I got to say that the communication between me Was 10 out of 10. Ive had an opportunity working with Pro Builders & their project manager Rom. I had a wonderful experience. I was looking to remodel my bathroom and met with 5 different contractors. Pro Builders was the first company that came to give the estimate. I called them and they came that same day. They werent the cheapest but I still chose to go with Pro Builders and specifically Rom. He was very calm, professional and knowledgable. What stood out a lot, in the process of our meeting there was a question about the project that he wasnt sure about and instead of making up an answer, he got on the phone with his manager immediately to get the correct answer. The job itself was simply outstanding! The quality of the work was top-notch. Rom was very responsive and any question I had, was addressed right away as late as 10pm. I stayed informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Pro Builders and their Project Manager Rom for any home remodeling projects. As for myself, I will for sure use them for my next project.

Pro Builders made my bathroom remodel so easy! They were on top of the city to get necessary permits approved and keep my project on schedule. My project manager, Michael, is very professional and was always responsive if I had any questions or concerns. No doubt I will be reaching out to them again for my next project.

After what seemed like a lifetime of searching Ive finally found a company who is Professional Charismatic Caring Sharp And that delivers quick, seamless, great quality craftsmanship that I couldnt be happier with! Michael particularly takes care to communicate constant updates and really pays attention to the detail of the work. Overall super happy and couldnt recommend pro builders enough!
