After putting off the trust for years, we finally signed our family trust! Steve came highly recommended by a work colleague and so I called to set up the appointment. I was afraid of the numerous paperwork to come, but Steve made it simple. He had a video on his website to watch before our first meeting and answered all of our questions. When the first set of documents were ready, he highlighted the areas we needed to review in our final documents prior to signing. This helped expedite the review process as there a lot of legal language that most of us don't comprehend. In addition, he prepared and notarized for the recordings of our properties when we signed the final documents. Finally, he provided a summary that guides you through what do with each account after the trust is complete. (i.e. Bank, 401K, IRA, etc.) and said we can call or email him anytime with questions.
