Frank was only interested in talking and not listening. He argued, threatened to sue me, and was absolutely unprofessional. I posted reviews and he called and told me I had to remove them by midnight. I guess if I didn’t he’d send someone to take care of it.

Frank and Brian Fiorito are the best Fiduciary team around! They have provided excellent care and advice for our senior residents. They are thorough, kind, and professional with their clients. Needless to say, they are the best fiduciary administrators around.

Contacted them for assistance with interpreting my cousin's trust when the Public Administrator at the County of San Diego determined that the identified successor trustee cannot be located. After waiting 4 1/2 weeks and calling to follow-up on three separate occasions, I called again today; again received no definitive suggestions or a request to schedule an appointment to meet with them. Basically, waited 4 1/2 weeks for absolutely nothing. What a horrific way to run a business! Don't bother to call them; they won't ever get back to you! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.
