I reached out to Casey when I decided it was time to make a plan for my estate. Working with Casey was a very easy process. He was very responsive to all of my communications and he stuck to his timeline for getting the work completed. Due to my line of work, I have seen many estate planning documents prepared by various attorneys in San Diego. The reality is that not all estate planning documents (or the lawyers that draft them) are equal. The documents Casey prepared are top tier. They are detailed, well thought out, and comprehensive. Casey O'Connell has assisted me with several projects. First, the review of my estate plan and recommendations to be sure all my assets are protected properly. Second, drafting of and recommendations for an operating agreement and related documents with regard to a startup online/wholesale business. His input has been valuable and I trust his opinion.
