Not great. We had work done by Tim Lenten in our home, and after that, we kept having electrical problems, things shorting out, shutting off, etcetera, at a much more frequent rate than before. Disappointing results for the money paid. While searching for a place to review Tim’s business, I also discovered court records; Tim has multiple women with restraining orders against him for domestic violence prevention. The case numbers are DN94709, filed at the North County location on 06/17/1996, and DVO39387, filed at the San Diego location on 05/23/2014. Any women looking to invite a stranger to do work in their homes would be better off choosing someone else.

Great value, also very practical handyman on top of electronics/electrical issues. He has come in fixed numerous issues with my home, though never the same issue that he fixed before.
Yes, his "place of business"/"office" is his home -- but when was the last time you cared to visit the office of your plumber/electrician/carpenter/painter?
Some people take it as lack of professionalism but I see it as smart budgeting for something that is totally unnecessary to his business.
It's that type of thinking that makes Tim's repairs so inexpensively valuable or valuably inexpensive.
