I asked for wet cleaning of a white casmere sweater another cleaners had dry cleaned poorly and yellowed it. When I went to pick up they had dry cleaned it anyway and had the audacity to tell me first cleaners must have switched my sweater with someone else and gave me a yellowed sweater. Really..who could make this up? I know it was my sweater returnef to me from first cleaners and to say that was insulting they charged me for dry cleaning it again .i.paid and left..they are untrustworthy to say such things..incompetent service from 2 cleaners .

I have many items needing to be dry cleaned. I happened upon this place about 2 years ago and the customer service us outstanding. The pricing is fair and my clothes are always perfectly cleaned. Altered.  And smell great!  I highly recommend this business!!

Did a great job hemming my dress slacks. The woman who helped me was VERY nice and I had a good experience working with her. My dad uses Royal Touch Deluxe Dry Cleaners exclusively and he also is pleased with their service.

Tess and her team are great! When I lived in San Diego she took great care of my designer clothes, and was a total lifesaver when I came back into town for a wedding. I called her in the morning needing my clothes pressed asap and she had everything ready by the end of the day. Despite the odd care instructions of my shirt. She is highly experienced and has a very personable approach to customer service.
