Klassic Kleaners

I brought in two tux dress shirts, I asked for extra starch and when I picked up the shirts I noticed that there were blotches of yellow stains from the starch, I brought this to there attention and they cleaned and pressed again. I complained because I missed my engagement and there answer was my shirts were dirty and not new, I had taken pictures of the yellow stains and showed him, he then told me that they cleaned them for free which was not true, I paid originally before noticing the stains. I will not going back here nor do I recommend anyone else doing business here. So the owner is a liar too w/response

This afternoon I tried to drop-off my lab coat for work at their Tierrasanta location. Their website states... "Bring your clothes to us on time for same-day service at no extra cost. We are available Monday through Friday for cleaning - Dry cleaning & laundry must be dropped off by 8:00 AM for Tierrasanta location & 8:30 AM for Kearny Mesa location. We are open Saturdays for pick up and drop off only. Visit us today! Wi-Fi and parking are available for your convenience" I was told that if I needed it by tomorrow I would have to take it to the Kearny Mesa location. I pointed out that I was dropping it off a good 14-hours before their 8:00 AM deadline for same day service. The woman at the counter was very kind and called the owner who was less than helpful. He said that they could not get it back to me by tomorrow. Customer service is not what it used to be.
